Returns & the Mend Programme

Thirty-day window

You have thirty days from delivery to return any full-price piece for a full refund. Return with tags attached, in original condition, in the linen dust bag it arrived in.

Sale pieces are exchange-only, for size or credit, within the same window.

How it works

1. Write to returns@chiclinen.co with your order number.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label.
3. Drop the box at any carrier — no printer needed for domestic returns.
4. Refund lands within five business days of us receiving the piece.

The Mend Programme

Every CHIC piece is warrantied for life. If a seam opens, a button loosens, or a hem needs restitching — no matter when you bought it — send it back. We mend it in the atelier and return it to you at no cost.

To register a mend, write to mend@chiclinen.co. You will receive a prepaid label and a promised turnaround of two weeks.

What we cannot accept

• Pieces worn beyond try-on, or with stains, odour, or altered hems.
• Underwear, swim, or intimate layers, for hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
